If you couldn’t make it to SHOT Show for a hands-on experience with our newest thermal scope, we have the exclusive details right here.
The Pulsar Thermion is a first of its kind—a thermal imaging riflescope that looks exactly like a traditional scope featuring a full high definition AMOLED display and up to a 2,500-yard detection range
Our game-changing Thermion drew a lot of attention at the Pulsar booth at SHOT Show 2019. With the looks of a traditional riflescope, featuring the most current thermal technology, hog hunters and thermal enthusiasts were excited to see the new Thermion thermal scope.
To be successful during any hunt, we incorporated 8 different color choices and an impressive 15 different reticles, so you can tailor the best options for your situation. A magnesium alloy housing is not only extremely durable but lightweight and recoil-proof up to .375 H&H and 12-gauge shotguns.
The innovations we’ve been able to add to the Thermion include Instant Startup which powers up your unit in 3.5 seconds and battery hot swap. Because there is both an internal and external battery, you don’t ever have to turn your Thermion scope off when swapping batteries.
All your favorite Pulsar features are included like Stream Vision compatibility so you can share pictures and video, plus a 16 GB onboard storage and you don’t worry about any proprietary mounting, as the Thermion fits standard 30mm rings.
There will be five models to chose from. Shown is the XP50 with a 2-16x magnification range and 50mm objective lens.
Beyond looks, the Thermion XP50 is anything but traditional, boasting crisp 640×480 microbolometer resolution, 17μm pixel pitch, 8-color-pallette imaging on a full-color 1024×768 HD AMOLED display and a jaw-dropping 2,500-yard heat-signature detection range. Additional Thermion XP50 features include picture-in-picture, 15 reticles in up to 4 colors—black, red, white and green, integrated still image and video recording with audio on 16gb of internal storage, Wi-Fi with Pulsar’s Stream Vision app, 50Hz frame rate for fluid motion imaging and an onboard rechargeable battery pack. The Thermion XP50 weighs 31.7 ounces and is recoil rated to handle .375 H&H, 9.3×64 and 12-gauge.
